At Bay and Bush, nourishment goes beyond what is on the plate. The Café has been thoughtfully designed as a calm and welcoming space where beautifully brewed coffee, seasonal flavours and meaningful conversation come together in the heart of nature.

Led by Head Chef Alexia Williams, the menu celebrates seasonal ingredients inspired by the region. Alexia’s approach is grounded in simplicity, allowing the quality of South Coast produce to shine. From vibrant vegetables and local food to house-baked treats and nourishing dishes designed to energise and restore, each plate reflects a deep connection to place. Now serving our local Jervis Bay Beers and The Cuppit’s Estate wines.

Open to both retreat guests and the wider community, The Café is more than a dining space. It is a gathering point, a moment of pause, and an extension of the Bay and Bush experience where food, nature and community meet.
